In all our services we provide care that is person-centred and meets individual needs. This is in a range of different settings: housing with care (where people have their own flats), care homes and specialist units for people with dementia.

As a Domestic Assistant you need to be flexible, willing to work as part of a team, and able to interact with our service users.

Our Care and Support Workers need to have good people skills and be willing to work alongside our service users to help them maintain independence and enjoy a good quality of life. Care and Support Workers (Nights) provide waking support to meet the care needs of our tenants and residents as well as ensuring that the environment is kept clean. All our care assistants deliver intimate personal care to service users, some of whom are very frail or at the end of their lives. The work is challenging and demanding but there is an opportunity to make a real difference.

Part of the role is to support individuals and groups with activities to ensure our service users can continue to enjoy meaningful occupation.

Team Leaders need to be role models for other staff, take a lead role in overseeing day to day care and also be willing to deputise for members of the management team.

Business Administrators provide a vital role in assisting managers and need to be flexible and adaptable and have good organisational skills.

Deputy Managers support the Manager and provide day to day management of the unit and take responsibility for all aspects of care delivered.

Managers provide excellent leadership and are committed to quality care.

We have opportunities for full and part-time working. Some of the tasks are quite physically demanding such as manual handling duties, so good health and stamina are essential. We provide a 24 hour service and most of our positions require shift-working which will include weekends and unsocial hours.
